What is the difference between FAQs and Documentation?

That’s a good question, and we went back and forth on whether we needed to make any distinction between them.

As we started building out the Knowledgebase, however, we realized that there are some differences and concluded that separating the two types of articles could be useful to you. (We welcome your feedback.)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Typically, FAQs are short articles and answser basic, high-level questions.

Documentation

Articles in this category are typically longer and more involved than FAQs. They explain how to use various features of the Web site and go into greater depth to describe some of the principles of our program.
